Creamy Chicken Over Country Pasta

Ingredients
- 6 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- ¼ c. Butter
- 1 Package dry Italian salad dressing mix
- ½ c. White wine (do not use cooking wine)
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup (10 oz.)
- 4 oz. Cream cheese with chives
- 1 lb. Country Pasta Homemade Style Egg Pasta
Instructions
- Begin by preheating the oven to 325°
- Next melt butter over low heat in a large sauce pan, then whisk in Italian dressing mix, white wine, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Once dressing mix, wine, and soup are heated through, stir in cream cheese until smooth. Make sure this mixture does not come to boil.
- Place chicken breast in a 9" x 13" baking dish and pour sauce over them.
- Bake chicken in oven for one hour.
- During the last half hour of baking begin cooking the pasta according to the package directions.
- When chicken is cooked through, serve chicken and sauce over pasta.
