Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 C. milk
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 cans tuna
- 1 C. sliced mushrooms
- 1 C. grated cheese
- 1/3 C. olives, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 8 oz. Country Pasta, cooked & drained.

Instructions
- White Sauce: In a skillet melt butter and then add flour. Once flour and butter are combined, whisk in the milk and allow to thicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the white sauce has thickened incorporate the remaining ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and place in a 9 x 12 casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
