Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Country Pasta Homemade Style Egg Pasta
  • ½ c. butter
  • 2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Sour cream
  • 1 Medium/large onion, diced
  • 6 Splashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic salt
  • ½ c. Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (a little extra wouldn't hurt)

Instructions

  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350°
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add pasta, and cook for 18-20 minutes or till al dente.
  3. While pasta is cooking dice onion and saute in a one tablespoon of oil until onions are brown.
  4. When pasta is done cooking, drain, add butter, and toss noodles until butter melts.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to the pasta, cottage cheese, sour cream, browned onion, parmesan, salt, garlic salt and tabasco.
  6. Stir gently until mixed well and place in 9x11 casserole dish.
  7. Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

  • 9 sage leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese + more for topping
  • 8 oz. Country Pasta Wide Egg Pasta

Instructions

    This recipe is very easy and the sauce will cook quickly, so to start begin by cooking pasta according to package directions.
  1. Melt butter in saute pan over medium heat; add sage leaves and cook until butter has the flavor of the sage. Remove sage leaves from butter and add minced garlic to butter, sauteing for about 1 minute.
  2. Whisk cream, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, and Parmesan cheese into the butter and stir until all ingredients are combined and the cheese melted.
  3. Divide cooked pasta into serving bowls and top with sauce. Garnish with grated Parmesan and sage leaves if desired.

Ingredients

  • ½ C. butter
  • 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 4 carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 ¼ C. well-aged cheese (Parmesan)
  • 1 celery stock, chopped
  • 2 C. half-and-half
  • ½ medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 C. milk
  • ½ C. mushrooms, diced
  • ¼ C. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. red or green pepper, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 lb. Country Pasta, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, saute carrots, celery, onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Stir frequently to avoid burning. Saute for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables begin to soften.
  2. Next add shrimp to skillet and saute with vegetables until shrimp is cooked. Continue to stir frequently.
  3. In closable container, combine half-and-half, milk, and flour. Shake until mixed. Add to shrimp mixture.
  4. Add 1 C. of cheese and salt and pepper; stir.
  5. Add Country Pasta. Stir gently until covered with sauce. Top with remaining cheese.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Country Pasta Egg Pasta, uncooked
  • 1-cup butter
  • ¾ pint heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1¼ cups of Italian cheese combination (Parmesan, Romano, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine cream and butter; melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  4. Stir in the cheese over medium heat until melted.
  5. Toss the pasta with the Alfredo sauce to thoroughly coat. Serve immediately.
